Eugene is a Certified Public Accountant who focuses on working with individual and corporate tax payers. He has extensive experience in federal, state, and international taxation matters. In addition, Eugene has expertise in state and local tax, including income, employment, and sales tax, as well as, knowledge in R&D and energy efficiency credits, asset depreciation and cost segregation study.

Eugene lives in southern Massachusetts with his wife and 4 sons. In his free time, Eugene enjoys playing chess and teaching the boys soccer moves.
